Gilles' own tandem was collecting dust in the back of the shop. This is another one that I wish I had more pictures of.

During our visit with Gilles he was at all times gracious and generous with his time. We had a full tour of the shop and a nice discussion about bikes and the bike business. We came away with the impression that we had met a true artisan. A man who had spent a career fulfilling his own vision of what a bicycle manufacturing business should be and remained true to himself. Thanks, Gilles.
