He then feeds the data gathered from the bike-fit process into his computer where a spreadsheet of his own design calculates each angle, tube length, and other frame variable.

Gilles can build with fillet brazing or lugs but he prefers to fillet brazing because it gives him more flexibility in frame design.

I ordered a loaded touring bike - the Berthoud specialty. Whenever there was a question of style or equipment I asked Gilles how he would like to build it. I want a bike that represents his own vision of the touring bicycle. He will use Reynolds 531 tubing. October delivery is a possibility.
