Pull off the bubble wrap, turn the bars, and . .. Voila!

I was surprised at how complete the bike was. If I had specced seat and pedals I'm sure they would have been in place or nearly so. The stem is marked for my height. The seatpost is too high. The tires have about half-pressure in them.
